These profiles can be downloaded for free: http://www.vigc.org/standard-preflight-profiles/ 2) when going to PDF: the Ghent PDF Workgroup, which is an international organization promoting best practices, has profiles for both PDF creation and PDF preflighting for different market niches. Also for free: http://www.gwg.org/applicationsettings.phtml Both VIGC Live Preflight and GWG target the same market niches. Using both of them will make your design phase more secure.
