HDR / Lombardi Sports Cycling Kit Design
The winter months in California bring long steady days of training, cold mornings and wet roads. Going with Capo clothing means ultimate comfort. Designing a cycling kit with 90 percent black limits the stains from muddy roads and absorbs more of the sun’s energy. Warmer happier cyclists is a good thing. They do tend to get a bit cranky with they’re unhappy.
Bay Area Bicycle Network – Logo Design
Kris Spyrka, founder of BABN approached Trefethen Studios to design their logo. Although he had a rough idea of the graphic elements he wanted to include in the brand, he asked us to help him visualize a logo that would be engaging, energetic and distinctive.
CrossWinds – Web Design
The final site (NotWithoutYou.info) was to feature information about the new property, streaming photo albums from Flickr, streaming video albums from Vimeo, and a daily blog section featuring devotionals from members of the CrossWinds staff. Additionally, this new site needed to include custom forms, redirects to a scheduling software and ongoing updates from both staff and guests alike.
Water Bottle Design
After designing their new logo and incorporating this new concept into their racing kits, it was a natural progression from form to function as we designed IC3′s new water bottles.

The final design the customer selected combines modern typography with a strong graphic monogram, a symbolic connection with the tradition of excellence and professionalism that R4 Company delivers.
