
For the first time in seven years the Best All-round Rider (BAR) Leader’s Jersey is back. This time around it has a new face and a new purpose. In any given race the leader of this highly competitive series will be seen wearing his or her jersey in any road race or criterium event. To usher this new jersey-clad group of 11 top riders (one per category) is Williams Wheel Systems, this year’s sole sponsor of the BAR series.
